Convenient ways to get care — your care, your way
How you get care is up to you. Choose a doctor who helps meet your needs, based on location, experience, gender, or spoken language — that’s more than 1,200 doctors to choose from. If you prefer to be seen virtually, you can choose a phone appointment or video visit or email your doctor’s office with nonurgent questions.

Get your first 3 in-person or telehealth visits at $5 cost share per visit* when you get care for primary care, mental health outpatient services, naturopathic medicine visits or substance use disorder outpatient services.
*When you get care from Kaiser Permanente facilities or with other in-network providers. The deductible will apply on an HSA-qualified HDHP plan but will not apply on any other plan types. Available on select plans, talk to your employer or Kaiser Permanente representative to learn more.
